I contracted Pensacola Catering for a recent event. My event could not have been better, thanks to Ian, Stacy, and their staff. We decided on Italian dishes, which may sound simple; however, Chef Ian emphasized high-quality fresh ingredients, which allowed all the flavors to shine! The meal was traditional and authentic and prepared with care. Chef Ian took his time to explain the dishes to my guests. It is impressive and refreshing to meet someone so passionate about their craft. I am already looking forward to next year's event and deciding what dishes we will have Pensacola Catering prepare for us!

Chef Ian, Jeff, and Stacey were absolutely wonderful for our engagement party. We had a few dietary restrictions and you would have never known that they eliminated particular foods because the menu was so delicious!!! They were attentive to our needs, prompt to arrive, incredible service, amazing food, cleaned up..and very nice people! We would have them back anytime!! In fact- considering them for our wedding catering needs.

Ian and Stacey are phenomenal! He is one of the most creative chefs in Pensacola and Stacey has a gift for desserts! We had them prepare and serve a private meal for 3 couples and we couldn't have been more happy with the wonderful flavors, presentation and the entire evening with friends. We will certainly hire them again!
