Ian retired as a Certified Sommelier to focus on the culinary side of his passion for hospitality.  Having worked hand-in-hand alongside three of north Texas' top chefs, he brings both a front-of-house attention to service and seasonal focus to every menu.

Stacy Whitcomb

Stacy brings the attention to detail in everything from her show-stopping desserts to the simple and elegant decor of each event.  With a penchant for both the subtle and the elegant, her simple touches define our signature style.

Jeff Barrett

Jeff is our main ace in the hole!  Sustainability in food sourcing is not a luxury but a necessity to him.  Beyond his specialization in heritage whole-hog cooking, Jeff always provides and little extra punch of creativity to our already unique and thoughtful dishes.
